Here at Brookfield Cattery we offer a friendly and caring cat boarding environment, ensuring that they will feel comfortable, happy and secure whilst with us.

The cattery provides a very quiet and warm surrounding for your cat with the following benefits;

  • A detached building for a quiet and relaxed stay
  • Feeding as directed by you
  • Petting/play time AM and PM.
  • Inspected and licensed by Cornwall Council.

Cat Boarding Services and Prices:

All prices are per day starting on the day your cat arrives.

Minimum charge of £28 inc VAT applies. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Christmas day and Boxing day will be charged at double the normal boarding rate.

About our Cattery

We have 2 cattery blocks with a total of 17 double runs. All runs are made of secure, hygienic materials and more than meet the Cornwall Council licensing requirements.

Our cattery is purpose built to offer the highest standard of comfort for your cat in an environment that is as stress free yet as stimulating as possible.

We currently accept payment by card, cash or bank transfer. Payment is required on or before arrival.

Your Cats stay includes;

Prices include beds, bedding, food and water bowls, litter trays and heating. (Although you are welcome to bring your pets own food should you wish. This is recommended if your pets has a sensitive digestive system or a special diet)

If your cat likes to use a scratching pole then you are also welcome to bring this along too.

All toys and bedding are left at the owners risk.

Any veterinary costs, however incurred, are the responsibility of the owner of the pet.

Clean Bedding

We provide beds and clean bedding but you are welcome to bring your pets’ favourite blanket or toy should you wish.

Please note bedding is left at the owners risk.

Safety and Security

Due to the large number of animals being stolen these days we have installed a security camera system which provides 24 hour survellance. We also live in the cottage overlooking the cattery and are always on hand to check on our guests.

Our cattery is inspected and licensed by Cornwall Council.

  • Come and Visit
    We welcome and would recommend that you visit us to see the cattery and meet the staff prior to your pets’ stay, where we can discuss our services and your pets’ individual needs in more detail. Please call to arrange an appropriate time.
  • Let Us Know Your Requirements
    We have a fully computerised booking and data storage system, so we have those important little details at hand. It helps us to prepare any special requirements in advance of an arrival, or merely just to recall which run was most suitable for your pet on its’ last visit.
  • Ensure Your Pet Is Vaccinated
    All pets must have up to date vaccinations and proof is required. Please remember to bring your to date vaccination documents for inspection upon arrival.

Location

We are situated in Barripper (about 5 minutes from Camborne), surrounded by nothing but farms and lush green fields. We are at the end of a rural lane which means there are no dangerous roads and your pets will be fully safe and secure.

Opening Hours

Brookfield is open all year round, every day of the week! We are open to the public between 8am-12am and then again from 3pm-5.30pm.

Calls after 6pm will be dealt with the following day.
